Apple's MobileMe service has recieved yet another backend update that seems to have fixed many of the quirks and to put it bluntly, broken functionality. MoblieMe is Apple's first true large cloud computing service. They have dubbed it as "Exchange for the rest of us" which until now has been more like broken exchange for the rest of us. We now feel comfortable recomending MobileMe for one-man operations, but for any firm bigger than that we recomend an in-house or hosted exchnage environment to ensure higher uptime and capabilities.
