Meet the new Apple Mac Mini! At half the height as the previous generation with twice the power and a new SD and HDMI card this is hands down the best computer to power the large screen/projector in your conference room. 

I will not bore you with why Mac's make life easy, lets just get get down to it. It costs only $699, and you can load it with both Microsoft Windows 7 and Apple Mac OS 10. This means that any outsider can come in with his or her USB card and open up their PowerPoint presentation or other native windows apps with no problem. The rest of the time you can live with the hassle free MAC OS.

The big one though, is the new HDMI port. The benefit of HDMI over DVI, VGA, Mini Display and the like, is that with only one cable you can both supply sound and video.
