Brooklyn born Craig Marcott actually grew up on Long Island since the age of nine. After graduating with a degree in Biology from the University of Colorado, he went to work for a major medical manufacturer of hospital equipment. His brother Scott has Down syndrome. When his dad passed away over 20 years ago, Craig was entrusted with the responsibility of protecting the family's estate. He obtained a CFP certification in 1991, served New York firefighters and their families after September 11th and eventually started serving families like his, who have a family member with special needs.

Craig understands the unique financial, physical and emotional challenges of families with special needs. His expertise includes most areas of Financial Planning including Special Needs Planning, Retirementment Planning and Asset Management. Craig serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association of Long Island as well as the Gerontology Professionals of Long Island (GPLI).  He is a member of the Association for the Help of Retarded Children and the Senior Umbrella Network.
